- Alejandra Esmoris
Alejandra Esmoris is a Swiss attorney and Senior Associate at Bonnard Lawson (Dubai Branch). Her main areas of expertise include advising domestic and foreign companies, from start-ups and independent entrepreneurs, to SMEs and multinational companies, according to corporate and commercial laws. Her practice includes advising clients on contracts, transactions, corporate governance, and structuring, both under domestic and international regulations. She also advises international clients on cross-border taxation issues, on regulatory matters (AML, FATCA and CRS) and reporting obligations. Her practice includes negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and mitigating the risks on a wide range of legal documents and agreements such as shareholder agreements, employment contracts, agency agreements, and commercial leases. Alejandra Esmoris assists clients in English, French, and Spanish.
- Ahmad Helwani
Ahmad Helwani is a business professional with a solid experience of more than ten years in Accounting, Finance, VAT, and Tax Services in the UAE. He practices in different fields such as healthcare, real estate, and industrial. He is licensed as a Tax Agent by the Federal Tax Authority of the UAE. He also a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians, UK, and the Institute of Management Accountants, USA. Ahmad Helwani is a Master of Applied Business Research holder from SBS Swiss Business School, Switzerland. He also holds the Master of Business Administration major: Banking and Finance from Geneva Business School, Switzerland, and the Bachelor of Business Administration specialized in Banking and Finance from the Higher Institute of Business Administration, Syria. Helwani is proficient in English and a native speaker of Arabic. He is particularly interested in VAT and Tax services.
