Women & Wellness– Finding Balance

Join us for a day devoted to Women’s Wellness in support of Breast Cancer Awareness month. This event is organised by the Australian Business Council in partnership with Female Fusion, Al Jalila Foundation, Bupa Global, Drs Nicolas & ASP and Body Smart, together with other Business Councils.

* 4 x 15-minute workshops with our wellness warriors, brought to you by BUPA:

– Face Yoga by Inspire Yoga

– Tapping into our Subconscious Mind to Create Reality by Biancka Gracias

– Sound Healing by Lisa Oxford

– Minding your Language with Corrina Cross

* Peruse 70 market stalls in the Women’s Wellness market for inspiring products and services created by, and for women. There will be goody bags and Rise and Dawn cookies and more.

* Lots of activation planned, including:

– Have your BMI scanned by the team at F45 Jumeirah Park

– Free Dental checkups by Drs Nicolas & ASP

– Hypoxi and LPG Face Treatments with Body Smart

– Tips and demonstrations that cover your aesthetics and body contouring needs

– Jennifer Blandos from Female Fusion will lead the panel discussion addressing FINDING BALANCE.

*Finish the event with a buffet luncheon and a house beverage while listening to a live performance from Olwyn Murray
