This is an adult only event. Social members’ guests will be invoiced guest price.

The SBC team will contact you with the payment details, registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Please note that payment needs to be made prior to the event, by Friday 31 October 2025 at the latest (Registrations after this date will be subject to availability).  Seats are limited and will be on a first come, first served basis. No shows and last-minute cancellations will be charged the full amount. For smooth organization, please advise via email at dubai@swissbcuae.com on your seating preference and dietary restrictions/allergies. A seating plan will be made. Special requests will be considered by  31 October 2025 at the latest.
