Dear Valued Members,

We are pleased to invite you to our 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Swiss Business Council United Arab Emirates which will take place on Wednesday, 27 March 2024 at 6:30 PM, starting with a networking reception/iftar, followed by the meeting at the HYDE Dubai Hotel, Business Bay, Dubai (location map). HOW CAN YOU VOTE?
Only ‘in – person’ votes will be possible on the day, by the company representative (officially listed on member profile of Support, Corporate or Professional categories) or pre-registered approved proxy. Please also note that membership fees of the year 2024 should be settled prior to the AGM in order for the vote to be validated. To register as company representative, please register below.
If you are not able to attend as the company representative, but would like to give your voting rights to a proxy, please fill in the PROXY REGISTRATION FORM . Kindly note that the SBC office should receive the form by the 25th of March 2024 for review.  A proxy shall not act as a proxy of more than (2) two members.

Please note that the Annual General Meeting is only and strictly open to members of the Swiss Business Council UAE and non-members will be refused entry. Prior registration is required and mandatory. Priority is given to members with voting rights to ensure the quorum is reached. Social members may e-mail the SBC office for consideration, based on venue capacity.
