How to Vote
Voting will only be possible in person on the day by:

– The officially designated company representative, as per the member profile for Support, Corporate, or Professional categories
– A pre-registered, approved proxy*

To ensure your vote is valid, membership fees for 2026 must be settled before the AGM.

*If you cannot attend as your company’s representative but wish to assign your voting rights to a proxy, please complete the Proxy Registration Form. The SBC office must receive the completed form by 16 March 2026 for review. A proxy may represent a maximum of two members.

Kindly note that the AGM is exclusively open to company members with voting rights. Non-eligible members and non-members will not be permitted entry. Prior registration is mandatory to ensure quorum.
