The SBC team will contact you with the payment details, registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Please note that payment needs to be made prior to the event, by latest Friday 25 October 2024 (Registrations after this date will be subject to availability). Seats are limited and will be based on first come, first served. No shows and last-minute cancellations will be charged full amount. For smooth organization, please advise via email on dubai@swissbcuae.com on your seating preference and dietary restrictions/allergies. A seating plan will be made. Special requests will be considered by latest 25th October 2024.
