Amit has vast experience in corporate tax, VAT, In Country Value certification and other financial engagements in various industries i.e. manufacturing, trading, real estate, hospitality, education, service and apparels & lifestyle. He has over 13 years of varied professional experience across tax, finance and accounts domain under cost analysis, revenue audit, stock audit, bank audit, tax planning & assessment, accounting and budgeting & projections. Amit takes an active role on the firm's technical advisory front and has attended various seminars and training like Diploma in IFRS to gain hands on knowledge on International Financial Reporting Standards. He has leadership qualities and also strong qualities of strategic planning, operations management, client management and team leadership.

Sheetal has more than 6 years of transfer pricing experience in the Netherlands, Middle East (Dubai) and the UK, focusing on clients across a wide variety of industry verticals. Sheetal has advised multinationals on multi disciplinary projects throughout the entire transfer pricing cycle, including business restructuring, IP migration, model design and implementation, as well as projects involving audit defense and documentation. She has experience of working with multinational companies and advised them on their global operating models, transfer pricing strategies and supporting documentation. Sheetal is very well versed with the global transfer pricing issues and approach of the foreign tax authorities on the key transfer pricing issues. Her qualifications include a Master in Business Administration, a Bachelor in Business Administration and an Advance Diploma in Transfer Pricing.
